The 80G radar level gauge is a special millimeter wave technology called frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) level measuring instrument. The working frequency is 76-81GHz, and the output signal is two-wire (4-20) mA. The range can be measured up to 20 meters, but the blind spot is as small as 8 centimeters.
