1、 Structural principle

Its pumping principle is the same as that of the 2X pump, with rotor 4/5 eccentrically installed in the rotor cavity and rotor blades 6/7 in the rotor slot. When the rotor 4/5 drives the rotating blades 6/7 to rotate, the rotating blades 6/7 are tightly attached to the cylinder wall by centrifugal force and the elastic force of the rotating blade spring 8, separating the intake and exhaust ports, and periodically expanding the volume of the intake chamber to suck in air, and periodically reducing the volume of the exhaust chamber to compress gas. The pressure of the compressed gas and oil push open the exhaust valve 9 to exhaust, thereby obtaining vacuum. Double stage is composed of two single stages connected in series. When the inlet pressure is high, both stages can exhaust simultaneously. When the inlet pressure is low, the gas is discharged from the high stage to the low stage, and then discharged outside the pump.

The 2XZ pump is equipped with an air damper valve 12, which is used to fill a certain amount of air into the exhaust chamber to reduce the vapor partial pressure in the exhaust pressure. When it is lower than the saturated vapor pressure at pump temperature, it can be discharged from the pump with air to avoid condensation in the pump oil. It has the function of prolonging the use time of pump oil and preventing pump oil from mixing with water, but when the pneumatic valve is opened, the ultimate vacuum will decrease and the temperature rise will also increase.

The 2XZ pump has the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, and easy starting. In addition, there are measures to prevent oil return and measures to prevent oil seal leakage from polluting the site.

4、 Pump installation

1 . The pump should be installed in a dry, ventilated, and clean place.

2 . The pump has a handle and rubber feet, which can be used for transportation and moving devices as long as it is placed steadily.

3 . When installing the power supply, attention should be paid to the direction of rotation. From one end of the motor fan, the impeller should rotate clockwise, as indicated by the arrow. Try turning forward by manually rotating the coupling or motor fan to drain the oil stored in the pump chamber, in order to prevent fuel injection during reverse rotation. For three-phase motors,

If reversed, any two-phase wiring can be swapped and connected. Unidirectional motor commutation can be found in the motor instructions.

4 . The diameter of the pipeline connecting the pumped container should not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and it should be short and have fewer bends to reduce pumping speed loss. At the same time, attention should be paid to pipeline leakage, and the rubber pipe should be desulfurized.

5 . When starting in a smooth atmosphere, a small amount of oil mist is discharged from the exhaust port. If it may affect the working environment, plastic pipes can be used to remove it, or a fog suppression device can be installed.

6 . This pump has measures to prevent oil backflow and maintain vacuum at the pump port after shutdown, and generally does not require the installation of solenoid valves at the pump port.

5、 Operation instructions

1 . Check the oil level, and it is advisable to fill the oil to a level above 1/2 and below 2/3 of the oil mark when stopping the pump. Low pressure cannot act as an oil seal for the exhaust valve, affecting the vacuum degree. Excessive pressure may cause fuel injection during atmospheric start-up. It is normal for the oil level to rise during operation. The oil used is vacuum pump specific oil, which is added from the filling hole. After refueling, the screw plug should be screwed on.

The oil should be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking the oil hole.

2 . The pump can be started once under atmospheric or any vacuum level. If an electromagnetic valve is installed on the pump port, it should operate simultaneously with the pump.

3 . When the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil increases, the viscosity decreases, the saturated vapor pressure increases, and the ultimate vacuum decreases. By strengthening ventilation and heat dissipation, or improving pump oil performance, the ultimate vacuum can be improved.

4 . If the relative humidity is high or the extracted gas contains a lot of condensable steam, after connecting the extracted container, it is advisable to open the gas damper and close it after moving for 20-40 minutes. Before stopping the pump, the gas damper can be opened and operated without load for 30 minutes to extend the service life of the pump oil.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep of pumps

1、 Attention:

1 . Ensure the cleanliness of the pump and prevent debris from entering the pump. 2 . Maintain the oil level.

3 . When stored improperly and moisture or other volatile substances enter the pump, affecting the ultimate vacuum, the gas damper can be opened to purify it, and the rebound of the ultimate vacuum can be observed. If it is ineffective after several hours, the pump oil should be replaced, and if necessary, it can be replaced again.

Oil change method: First, run the pump for about half an hour to make the oil thinner. Stop the pump and drain the oil from the drain hole. Then open the air inlet and run for 10-20 seconds. During this time, slowly add a small amount of clean pump oil from the suction port Replace the oil stored in the pump chamber. If the oil coming out is very dirty, the latter can be repeated.

4 . Do not mix with other oils with high saturated vapor pressure such as diesel and gasoline to avoid reducing the ultimate vacuum When disassembling the internal parts of a special pump, it is generally sufficient to wipe them with gauze. When metal debris, sand, mud, or other harmful substances need to be cleaned, they can be wiped with gasoline or other cleaning agents. Assembly can only be carried out after dry operation, and gasoline immersion should be avoided.

5 . If the pump needs to be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance, attention must be paid to the disassembly steps to avoid damaging the components.

2、 The disassembly steps are briefly described as follows: (1) Disassembly:

1) Drain the oil.

2) Loosen the flange screw of the intake nozzle, pull out the intake nozzle, loosen the flange screw of the air damper, and pull out the air damper valve.

3) Remove the fuel tank.

4) Remove the opening pin of the check valve and disassemble the check valve impeller 5. Remove the connecting screws between the support and the pump, disassemble the pump components, and decide whether to remove the motor based on convenience. 6. Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, and pull out the two rotors and rotor blades. When disassembling the low-level rotor, the split pin should be removed first.

(2) Assembly:

1) Clean the parts with gauze to prevent backflow from blocking the oil holebestClean with cleaning solution and brush.

2) After installing the rotor blades into the rotor slots, install the advanced rotor into the stator or pump body,

Install the advanced pump cover, pin, screw, key, and coupling, and rotate them by hand. There should be no leakage or obvious weight. When installing, the top surface of the stator should be facing downwards to use gravity to make the rotor close to the arc surface of the stator. The clearance should preferably be 0 01mM。

3) The assembly method for low-level rotors is the same as above.

4) When installing the check valve, align the flat surface of the check valve head with the oil inlet hole, and adjust the opening height of the valve head plane to 0 8- 1 . 2mm, specifically movable check valve seat

The rubber check valve head is located in the valve stem hole to achieve this.

5) Install the exhaust valve, oil baffle, and other components of the pump unit.

6) Install the pump, key, coupling, and motor onto the support. 7) Fill the fuel tank.

Apply clean vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.

Remembering the original assembly position of the parts can reduce the running in time. Fasteners should not be loose.


Worn parts should be inspected and corrected or replaced as appropriate.

After assembly, the operation should be observed and the ultimate vacuum should be measured at the pump port. If it does not meet the requirements, adjustments should be made.

During the maintenance of the pump, the system pipelines, valves, and motors should also be cleaned and inspected.

7、 Common faults and troubleshooting

1 . Low ultimate vacuum and its elimination:

1) The oil level is too low to seal the exhaust valve. After unscrewing the oil filling plug, there is a loud exhaust sound and oil mist, indicating that the oil level is too low. Adding oil can eliminate it.

2) The vacuum degree decrease caused by the pollution of condensable steam in oil can be purified by gas or replaced with new oil.

3) When there is a leak in the external pipelines, containers, testing instrument pipelines, joints, etc. of the pump port, if there is a large leak, there will be a loud exhaust sound when the oil filling plug is turned off, and air and oil mist will be discharged. The leak should be found and eliminated.

4) Improper assembly, damage or aging of the rubber parts of the suction pipe or gas damper should be adjusted or replaced.

5) The oil hole is blocked. When the vacuum degree decreases, oil can be drained. Remove the oil tank, loosen the pressure plate of the oil nozzle, pull out the oil inlet nozzle, and try not to use a yarn to wipe the parts to clear the oil.

6) The vacuum system is severely contaminated, including containers, pipelines, etc., and should be cleaned. 7) The rotary spring is broken and should be replaced.

8) The wear of the rotor, stator or bushing should be inspected, repaired or replaced.

9) Excessive pump temperature not only reduces oil viscosity and increases saturated vapor pressure, but may also cause pump oil cracking Ventilation and cooling should be improved to lower the ambient temperature If the temperature of the extracted gas is too high, it should be cooled first before entering the pump. If the ambient temperature is high, better high-speed vacuum pump oil or 3 # diffusion pump oil should be used as much as possible.

10) Due to deformation, wear or movement of parts, the check valve headThe opening height has decreased or even cannot be opened, and the vacuum degree has decreased due to insufficient oil intake. It should be adjusted, as detailed in the assembly section.

2 . Fuel injection:

Check whether the oil level is too high, whether there is pump oil or debris in the oil and gas separator, whether the position of the oil baffle is correct and firm, whether the gaskets of the suction port and air damper are properly padded, and whether the mist reducer is installed.

3 . Oil leakage:

Check if the drain plug, oil gauge, and fuel tank gasket are damaged or improperly assembled, and if the organic glass is overheated or deformed. Adjust, replace, or lower the oil temperature.

The connecting screws between the pump and the support are not properly padded or tightened, and the oil seal is improperly assembled or worn, which can also cause oil leakage but will not pollute the site. If it is not serious, it can continue to be used, and if it is serious, the oil seal, gasket, or assembly should be replaced or adjusted,

4 . Noise:

It may increase due to the breakage of the rotary spring, increased oil intake, bearing wear, and component damage, and should be inspected, adjusted, or replaced. Poor movement of the rotor can also cause increased noise, high ambient temperatures, thermal expansion of the rotor, and thinning of the rotor when the thickness of the rotor is too tight. The thickness gap can be 0 09-0 . 14mm 。

5 . Return oil:

The check valve is not closed properly, and the oil level drops quickly after stopping the pump. It can be restarted and stopped again to observe the changes or disassembled for inspection. If the check valve head is aging, deformed, or loose, it should be replaced.

If the oil seal inside the pump cover is improperly assembled, worn, aged, or loose, replace it. Pump cover or stator surface is uneven, repair.

6 . The pump oil turns black and the oil temperature is high, which may be due to the loosening of the outer circle of the oil seal. If friction occurs with the rotor, the oil seal should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid damaging the rotor. The outer diameter of the oil seal should be measured and a larger one should be selected.
