Overview
This test bench can test the sealing performance of the entire vehicle, white body, air outlet air volume (air distribution) and sealing performance, as well as the air conditioning HVAC air volume. This provides a convenient testing approach for developing and optimizing the vehicle's air volume and sealing system.
Product Details

1、 Equipment Introduction:

The vehicle leakage test bench is mainly used for vehicle sealing testing, designed according to the standard GB/T 1236-2000 (equivalent to AMCA210-2007). The quality of the gas sealing performance in the cabin will have a direct impact on the following issues:

1. The content of harmful gases;

2. The infiltration amount of external dust and moisture;

3. Sound insulation and noise reduction effect;

4. Heating and air conditioning effects.

Therefore, the gas sealing performance of the car cabin has become one of the factors to be considered in product development. The research on the gas sealing test of the cabin can be used to establish the overall and local gas leakage of the passenger compartment of various vehicles (including vehicles under development, vehicles produced in small batches, vehicles produced in large batches, vehicles tested on roads or benches, etc.), analyze the sealing performance of various sealing structures, and the relationship between these structures and costs, providing better experimental data for product design and development in terms of cabin gas sealing; And it plays a very important role in establishing the relationship between the heat supply of warm air, the cooling capacity of air conditioning, and the gas leakage in the cabin of the vehicle under various external conditions.
