The radiator performance wind tunnel test bench is suitable for testing the heat dissipation performance of radiators for automotive, tractor, and construction machinery engines, as well as fan coil units for hot air fans.
The air duct is designed according to the JB2293-78 (Test Method for Automobile and Tractor Air Ducts) standard, with reference to foreign standards.

1. Fan speed: 3.0~15.0 meters per second (variable frequency speed regulation, PID control)
2. Circulating water flow rate: 0.2~15 m3/hour (variable frequency speed regulation, PID control)
3. Circulating water temperature: 50~95 ℃ (PID control)
4. Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.05 ℃
5. Pressure measurement accuracy: 0.1pa
6. Thermal balance error (average): ≤ 4%
7. Repetitive error (average): ≤ 4%
8. The largest front size of the experimental radiator is 800 * 800
9. Test radiator's smallest front size: 200 * 200
10. Environmental temperature: 5-35 ℃

1. Choose ordinary fans, fan frequency conversion drive, stepless speed regulation, significant energy saving;
2. Variable frequency drive for circulating water pump, suitable for specimens of different specifications and models;
3. The gas and water measurement adopts a modular structure, synchronous measurement, and no time lag;
4. Collection method for inlet and outlet air temperature: Establish temperature field;
5. The synchronized measurement data includes:
