Radar level gauge frequency modulated continuous wave radar level gauge is a special millimeter wave technology called frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) level measuring instrument. The working frequency is 76-81GHz, and the output signal is two-wire (4-20) mA. The range can be measured up to 120 meters, but the blind spot is as small as 8 centimeters. The antenna beam angle is about 3 °, and its excellent performance ensures accurate measurement of liquid, solid, and dust materials.
1、 Characteristics:
1. Based on complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices, highly integrated, with higher signal-to-noise ratio and smaller blind spots.
2. 5GHz working bandwidth enables the product to have higher measurement resolution and accuracy.
3. The narrowest 3-antenna beam angle reduces the impact of interference in the installation environment on the instrument, making installation more convenient.
4. The wavelength is shorter and has better reflection characteristics on solid surfaces, so there is no need to specifically use universal flanges for aiming.
5. The radar level gauge supports remote debugging and upgrading, reducing waiting time and improving work efficiency.
