A developed and produced automatic dosing product, a unit combination dosing device, mainly composed of a solution tank, a metering pump, a filter, a safety valve, a check valve, a pressure gauge, a buffer tank, a liquid level gauge, a control cabinet, etc., which are integrated and installed on a base. Users only need to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the inlet and outlet, and turn on the power to start and put it into operation. This factory based complete set of devices can greatly reduce the workload of design and on-site construction, providing reliable guarantees for the quality, safety, and on-site operation of the entire system.

Working structure principle:

The dosing device mainly consists of a solution tank and a stirring tank (with a stirrer) to force convection and uniform mixing of liquid and gas media. The type, size, and speed of the stirrer have an impact on the distribution of stirring power between overall flow and turbulent pulsation. Generally speaking, the power distribution of a turbine agitator is advantageous for turbulent pulsation, while a propeller agitator is advantageous for overall flow. For the same type of mixer, under the same power consumption conditions, for a large-diameter, low-speed mixer, the power is mainly consumed by the overall flow, which is more advantageous than other components such as metering pumps, level gauges, electric control cabinets, pipelines, valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, base seats, escalators, etc. (can be configured according to actual user requirements).

Precautions for use and maintenance:

1. The pipeline of the dosing device should be kept unobstructed at all times, and the connection parts, filters, feed ports, discharge ports, etc. of the device should be inspected at regular intervals to observe whether there is any sediment in these parts. If these symptoms are found, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner.

2. Regularly check whether the feed inlet of the metering pump is blocked, and clean the pipelines and filters regularly to prevent blockage.

3. Regularly inspect the mixing device to see if the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, if the impeller is twisted or deformed, and if the coupling sleeve is loose, in order to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of mixing power. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. Regularly inspect safety valves, pressure gauges, and various pipeline valves to prevent leakage incidents. The standby pump and the use pump should be used alternately to avoid long-term use or shutdown of the same pump.

Specific structural composition:

1. Intelligent control box:It is the brain and control command of the entire dosing system, coordinating the work of various components of the system, and controlled by a two-way output time control switch. Online control of the opening and closing of the dosing pump; Online control of the remaining amount of medication in the dosing system's medication tank, providing a signal when a low liquid level occurs.


2. Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump:When the intelligent control reaches the preset time initial value, the metering pump opens and starts adding medication; When the time limit is reached, the metering pump will shut down and stop adding medication. The electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is imported and equipped with stable performance, accurate and uniform dosing, anti-corrosion and corrosion resistance, good tightness, small volume, and high metering accuracy. The dosing amount and output pressure can be adjusted according to the actual needs on site.


3. PE anti-corrosion dosing bucket:The container for water treatment agents is made of circular, PE corrosion-resistant material that will not become brittle or break, with a service life of over 10 years. It is specially designed for fully automatic dosing devices, with full rigidity that will not deform even when fully loaded. The semi transparent material is easy to observe the remaining amount of agents in the bucket from the outside. The high rigidity of the medicine barrel cover enables it to provide sufficient support and position for installing metering pumps, low-level devices, and liquid mixing mixers.

4. Low liquid level alarm device:The volume of the medication tank in the dosing system is fixed, but the dosing time and dosage are uncertain. The on duty engineer cannot accurately grasp the remaining amount of medication in the tank and replenish it in a timely manner. After a period of time, the medication will be replenished, and if the dosing pump is not powered off, there will be a phenomenon of no medication empty pumping. If the dosing pump is left empty for a long time, it will burn out the control motor of the dosing pump, causing damage to the dosing pump and affecting the normal dosing of the system. The function of the low-level alarm device is to give an alarm signal to notify the on duty engineer to replenish the medicine in the medicine barrel when the remaining amount of medicine in the barrel approaches the limit value, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the above situation.
