If the low-temperature artificial climate chamber is powered on and the electric compressor works normally, but the artificial climate chamber cannot cool, or if the exhaust pipe is removed and the return air compressor can exhaust normally, it can generally be determined that the refrigeration system has malfunctioned. Based on the above characteristics, it can be determined that the malfunction of the artificial climate box refrigeration system is due to ice leakage. Therefore, the following methods can be used for troubleshooting:

Step 1: First, use nitrogen to pressurize the system for leak detection, in order to determine whether the leak has occurred in high-pressure areas. After a series of inspections, it was finally determined that the leak was located between the compressor exhaust pipe and the connecting pipe of the right condenser. At this point, first cut off the connecting pipe, then weld the connecting pipe of the condenser. After welding is completed, start vacuuming and adding ice seeds. After adding, turn on the power supply of the artificial climate box and turn on the switch to observe if it is cooling. After four hours of refrigeration, the temperature in the freezer reaches -13 ℃, and the temperature in the refrigerator reaches 8 ℃. After about ten hours of continuous refrigeration, the temperature during refrigeration drops to 3 ℃, and the temperature in the freezer begins to rise and continues to rise. The capillary tube in the refrigerator works continuously without switching.

Step 2: Assuming that the malfunction of the low-temperature artificial climate chamber is caused by ice blockage in the capillary tube of the freezer, resulting in the failure of the refrigeration system. Then nitrogen can be used to flush the evaporators in the freezer and refrigerator compartments separately, and a new capillary tube of the same specification can be replaced. After replacement, 15ml of methanol can be injected into the system and then vacuumed. After three hours, add ice seeds again and conduct a test run. If refrigeration still cannot be achieved, immediately stop the machine and use the automatic detection function to check the solenoid valve. At the same time, check the capillary connection status of the freezing chamber to determine if it is connected correctly.

Step 3: After closing the refrigeration compartment, run the freezer evaporator separately. If it can work normally and there is no sign of recovery when the temperature drops to -15 ℃, the possibility of ice blockage in the evaporator capillary can be ruled out.

Step 4: After maintenance, if all the above parts display normally, check whether the connecting wires in the low-temperature artificial climate box are abnormal and whether they are affected by electromagnetic interference causing abnormal operation. You can dig out the foam first and observe the condition of the connecting line. If it is found that the foam on the side of the refrigerator is wet by water, which causes moisture between the sensor and the connecting line and leads to the aging of the line, it can be determined that the aging of the line and the failure of the insulation lead to the change of the resistance value, which affects the normal operation of the computer version and causes the system failure. At this point, replace the sensor connection wire with a new one, foam it again, and conduct a test run. The artificial climate chamber returns to normal and the fault is eliminated.
