Overview

Laboratory beverage pasteurizers are mainly divided into two types: direct and indirect heating. Among them, there are two types of direct heating: steam blowing into the material and steam blowing into the material (users without boilers can also choose electric heating semi-automatic ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizers), while indirect heating is divided into tube sterilizers and plate sterilizers

Product Details

  Laboratory beverage pasteurizerIntroduction

A small laboratory pasteurizer is a secondary sterilization equipment used for processing beverages such as cans and PET bottles that have been filled. Through the conveyor belt, it enters the tunnel type spray sterilization, spray cooling, and room temperature bottle discharge. In various temperature zones of the pasteurization and spray cooling machine, containers are sprayed with water of different temperatures, namely the sterilization stage and the cooling stage.

Laboratory beverage pasteurizerThe water sprayed onto the cooler container will become hot, and this hot water is used to cool the sterilized and heated container, so that the container can be gradually cooled. This can not only avoid taste loss caused by overheating, but also prevent sudden changes in container thermal stress that may cause bottle breakage or deformation. And after the heating area and cooling area are connected to each other, the energy is well regenerated and utilized, which is called the principle of energy regeneration. Fully utilizing this principle of heat balance, with low energy consumption, only the sterilization area uses limited energy.

Let's learn about the installation steps of a small laboratory pasteurizer:

1. Firstly, the overall components of the equipment have been installed in place before shipment.

2. First, take out the accessories and count them.

3. Accessories list: 1 respirator; 5 clamps; One key; ④ 1 valve; ⑤ 5 sealing rings; ⑥ 1 quick installation threaded joint; ⑦ One exhaust bend pipe; ⑧ Install one elbow quickly.

4. The respirator is installed with clamps and sealing rings directly above the head cover.

5. The air outlet bend and quick installation threaded joint are matched with clamps, and the sealing ring is installed at the air outlet (cooling water outlet) directly behind the fresh milk sterilizer.

6. Butterfly valves and elbows are installed at the discharge outlet (directly in front).

7. It is recommended to install a booster pump for inlet cooling. A three-way valve should be installed in front of the pump, which can drain water and control the inlet speed.

8. The water outlet is installed at the back, on the quick installation thread. This does not require the installation of a valve and allows for natural separation of water and gas, allowing water to flow back into the cooling bucket naturally

9. Install a self-contained cooling bucket at or below the water level of the outlet for easy use.

10. Two phase or three-phase electricity can be fed into the control box according to the purchased equipment, and a leakage protection switch can be installed on the external power supply.
