The HXPnR-H series single pole combination sliding contact wire is composed of H-shaped aluminum alloy (copper) conductive rail pressurized V-shaped stainless steel sliding contact strip, PVC insulation shell, collector, suspension, connection unit, expansion unit and other components. This product is widely used in situations with high current, high frequency of use, fast operating speed, and poor environmental conditions due to its innovative design, reasonable structure, easy maintenance, and safe use.

I. Overview

The single pole combination sliding line has the characteristics of fast operating speed, high current carrying capacity, and excellent temperature resistance. Its protection level is IP45. The top of the inner cavity of the aluminum sliding wire guide rail and the contact surface of the current collector are welded using cold pressing technology. The stainless steel strip is combined with the aluminum wire to avoid the electrical corrosion of copper aluminum contact and enhance the wear resistance of the contact. The contact surface between the wire and the current collector is made into a "V" groove to ensure the smooth operation of the current collector. The "HA" type can operate various current collectors in its interior, among which the small car type current collector has stable and reliable performance and fast operating speed. According to the material, it can be divided into copper and aluminum.
