A hot air circulation drying oven is a device used to quickly dry objects or materials. It heats the air and circulates it to provide a continuous hot air drying effect. In the hot air circulation drying oven, the air is heated to a predetermined temperature and passes through a circulation system to evenly distribute the hot air inside the drying chamber. This can accelerate the evaporation of moisture on the surface of the object, thereby achieving the goal of rapid drying. CT-C-K typeHot air circulation drying ovenOur company has developed a new type of fast drying oven in recent years, which is equipped with four 0.55kw high-temperature resistant circulating fans installed on both sides of the box. The inlet air is supplied by clean air through a heat exchanger and evenly distributed to the working room through a regulating plate under the action of the circulating fans.
The circulating fans on both sides work interchangeably to ensure uniform heat distribution in the working chamber. After passing through the convection wall, the hot air is heated by the circulating air duct and heater and then sent into the working chamber. This process repeats in a suction type advection wind direction. The moisture generated during the drying process is regularly discharged outside by the dehumidification fan.
The studio has 2 built-in drying carts, each with 15 layers, which can hold 30 drying trays for a total of 60 drying trays. Each drying cart can dry about 250kg of material at once. The working conversion time of the circulating fan can be set according to different materials. Two circulating fans can be installed on each side to increase the airflow, so that the hot air inside the box is in a slightly positive pressure state, improving the heat penetration and heat exchange rate, and enabling the material to absorb heat energy more quickly and evaporate moisture.
During heat transfer, the high-temperature hot air in the air duct can be evenly transferred to the materials on each layer of the drying car. The low-temperature hot air generated by the absorption of hot air by the materials is then converted into high-temperature hot air by the heater and continues to be transmitted to the materials. This repeated process can make the materials evenly and quickly dry, with consistent color and no damage.
