Supergravity distillation machineIt is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production.Supergravity distillation machineComposed of one or more high-speed rotating rotors, gas-liquid flows through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A high supergravity bed is equivalent to a commonly used distillation tower 15 meters high, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate and packed towers. The product has been identified by a national expert group and has reached a leading level (Invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. In 2008, it won the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. In 2010, it won the second prize for scientific and technological inventions from the Ministry of Education. The advantages of supergravity distillation technology are: (1) good performance, high efficiency, and low energy consumption; ⑵ Low height, small size, safe and reliable; ⑶ Short processing time, small liquid holding capacity, strong anti blocking ability; ⑷ Easy to operate and maintain; ⑸ Low investment and management costs. |
