The modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE-M) double wall corrugated pipe for buried use in Jinma is extruded using a domestically advanced fully automatic ultra high speed HDPE-M double wall corrugated pipe production line using modified high-density polyethylene special material. The special material uses high-density polyethylene resin as the main component, with the density up to 0.95-1.1 (kg/m3), and the bending modulus ≥ 1250MPa. It has the characteristics of high bending modulus, good impact performance, high rigidity, good toughness, and excellent anti-aging performance.

◇Product characteristics
1. Environmentally friendly and green: does not pollute the environment or soil, does not emit toxic or harmful gases, is environmentally friendly and recyclable;
2. Good rigidity: The structure is unique, with high ring stiffness and resistance to pressure and impact. Compared with traditional HDPE double wall corrugated pipes, the ring stiffness is higher, with a ring stiffness level not lower than SN8 and up to SN20.

Good toughness: Good toughness, large deflection, excellent longitudinal bending performance, able to adapt to harsh geographical environment changes and construction conditions, can resist uneven settlement of the foundation, strong adaptability to misalignment, and good seismic resistance. The ring is flexible with 50% deformation (30% according to national standards) and has no rupture, making it more resistant to settlement and deformation.
4. High bending modulus: extruded from modified high-density polyethylene special material, with a bending modulus of over 1250MPa.
5. Excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance: it is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, has no electrochemical corrosion, and also has high shear strength and good wear resistance.
6. Good weather resistance: oxidation induction can last for more than 40 minutes, making it more resistant to aging under water, gas, and oxygen conditions for a long time. Its physical properties decay more slowly and its service life is longer.
7. High flow rate: Smooth inner wall, low friction resistance, no scaling, high flow rate.
8. Good sealing performance: The joint is firm, the sealing is strong, there is no leakage, and the overall cost is low.
9. Long service life: Good chemical stability, and generally, factors such as soil, acidity, and alkalinity in the usage environment will not cause pipeline corrosion and damage. In underground conditions, the service life of HDPE-M double wall corrugated pipes can reach over 60 years.
