The setting, evaluation, and display of process parameters are achieved through user-friendly touch screen panels or can be integrated into existing control systems.

By conveniently replacing the capillary tube, the measuring device can be adapted to different viscosities, ranging from 1 mPas (0.01 poise) to 20.000 Pas (200000 poise). The measurement range may also change accordingly.

Due to the special melt channel design and precise manufacturing process, the possibility of dead spots or edges caused by stagnation in shear and temperature sensitive polymers can be avoided. A very short residence time can also prevent the accumulation of degradation substances. A more innovative product feature is the ability to completely clean all parts in contact with the melt without interrupting or interfering with the production process.
