The GT series AC permanent magnet servo motor is a brand new series of products independently developed and designed by Dongguan Motor Factory in accordance with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and market demand. The stator of the motor adopts high permeability and low loss silicon steel sheets and special high-frequency windings, and the rotor adopts high-performance neodymium iron boron magnetic steel. The feedback device can be equipped with sine photoelectric encoder, multi turn magnetic encoder, rotary transformer, etc. These structures make the motor have the advantages of small size, low inertia, high rigidity, high efficiency, low noise, fast response, smooth operation, precise control, and strong overload capacity. The power factor of the motor can reach 1, which can save considerable energy in continuous fixed operation loads; In continuous periodic loads, the energy-saving effect is particularly significant, saving about 30% of electricity compared to traditional motors (depending on specific operating conditions), which can achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction, and create benefits for enterprises.
The GT series AC permanent magnet servo motor can meet the extensive needs of motion control in automated industrial processes, especially suitable for direct drive applications.
