Novel structure: The original flange setting has been abandoned, and the connection between the valve body and the valve cover has been changed to fully welded, without contact with soil, to prevent gas leakage caused by corrosion of fasteners. At the same time, it effectively reduces the overall volume, lowers the weight of the valve, and minimizes leakage points.
Forced sealing structure
This valve uses multiple sets of butterfly springs or springs on the back of two valve seats to provide the necessary sealing force for the valve, without relying on the thrust of the medium to achieve the sealing effect. Therefore, regardless of the pressure of the pipeline medium, valves have sufficient and stable sealing force to achieve good sealing effect.
Reliable sealing
(1) When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the sealing pair completely isolates the pipeline channel from the valve chamber, and the valve seat sealing pair is completely covered by the gate, preventing impurities, dust, tar, and airflow in the pipeline from damaging and eroding the sealing pair, effectively ensuring the sealing performance of the valve and extending its service life.
(2) The sealing surface adopts a metal or soft multi-level sealing ring structure, which improves the ability of the sealing pair to resist damage from impurities in the medium and extends the service life of the valve.
Low flow resistance design
The valve is designed with a full bore, and the valve plate is equipped with a guide hole. When the valve is fully opened, the guide hole and the channels at both ends of the valve body form an integral cylindrical hole that seals the valve chamber. The flow resistance coefficient of the valve is the same as that of a straight pipe, which can meet the requirements of a pipeline cleaner, especially when media containing solid particles or dust impurities pass through the valve without any retention phenomenon and will not fall into the valve chamber.
