The steel PE end ball valve is a major research achievement of Liangzheng Valve in the field of gas ball valves. Its structural form is mainly a direct buried fully welded ball valve, and the connection part with the pipeline is made of PE (polyethylene plastic) pipe. The surface is coated with imported anti-corrosion coating, and the surface anti-corrosion life can reach 30 years. This structure avoids the drawbacks of switch failure and damage caused by valve body deformation in long-term use of pure PE ball valves, and has a longer service life.
Double Flow and Pressure Relief (DBB) - Universal
Both upstream and downstream are combinations of single piston structure valve seats. Each valve seat can isolate the pipeline from the valve chamber, achieving bidirectional sealing. The higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve, the greater the sealing force. After the pressure inside the valve chamber exceeds the release value, each valve seat can release it. When in operation, the pressure of the upstream and downstream media pushes the valve seat towards the sphere; Once the middle chamber pressure generated by the medium exceeds the sum of the spring preload force and the medium pressure, the valve seat is pushed away from the sphere by the middle chamber pressure. The excessive pressure generated in the middle chamber is automatically released when the valve is fully open or fully closed.
Double flow and pressure relief (DIB-1) - gas medium
Both upstream and downstream are a combination of dual piston valve seats. Each valve seat can isolate the pipeline from the valve chamber, achieving bidirectional sealing. The higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve or the pressure value inside the valve chamber, the greater the sealing force, that is, each valve seat achieves bidirectional sealing. The thrust generated by the upstream and downstream pressures always pushes the valve seat towards the sphere, maintaining a sealed state. The double piston effect ball valve does not have a self release function in the middle chamber, so in general, the valve needs to be equipped with an automatic pressure relief valve on the valve body. When the pressure in the middle chamber is too high, the pressure can be released through the automatic pressure relief valve.
Double flow and pressure relief (DIB-2) - liquid medium
The upstream end adopts a self relieving valve seat design, and the medium pressure pushes the valve seat towards the sphere, forming a seal. When the pressure in the middle chamber is too high, the upstream self relief valve seat can be pushed to detach from the sphere, thereby automatically releasing the excessive pressure in the middle chamber towards the upstream end. The downstream end adopts a dual piston valve seat design, and the medium pressure always pushes the valve seat towards the sphere, while the downstream end valve seat remains sealed. The combination of upstream single piston structure valve seat and downstream double piston structure valve seat. Each valve seat can isolate the pipeline from the valve chamber, achieving bidirectional sealing. The higher the pressure value on both sides of the valve, the greater the sealing force. When the pressure inside the valve chamber exceeds the release value, the upstream valve seat releases it; The sealing force of the downstream valve seat increases as the pressure inside the valve chamber rises.
