After the ball core deviates from the valve seat, rotating it eliminates the friction of the valve seat and solves the problem of valve seat wear in traditional ball valves, gate valves, and plug valves.

Hard sealing surface of anti-wear valve core:

The surface of the ball core is welded with a hard polished sealing surface to ensure sealing performance under very harsh working conditions.

Top mounted design:

After the system is depressurized, it can be inspected and repaired online, simplifying maintenance.

Low torque operation:

Can be equipped with a small handwheel (unless of extra large caliber), without the need for a gearbox. Because the sealing surface of the spherical cut-off valve has no friction and is particularly easy to rotate, this means that an economical driving device can be used while ensuring sufficient driving force to open and close the valve.

Double stem guide pin：

The hard valve stem guide groove and guide pin control the lifting and rotation of the valve stem.

When the ball core tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid flushes away any debris in the sealing area 360 degrees along the sealing surface.

Mechanical wedge seal：

The cam ramp at the lower end of the valve stem provides a mechanical wedging force to ensure sufficient sealing pressure.
