Purpose:
The SPJ-120 * 34/720 single-layer plastic sheet extruder unit is suitable for producing single-layer co extruded polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS) and other plastic sheets used for making beverage cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, lids, plates, packaging boxes and other packaging containers.

Structural features:

The SPJ-120 * 34/720 single-layer plastic sheet extruder unit consists of an extruder, a three roll rolling mill, a cooling bracket, a dual station winding machine, a waste edge winding machine, and an electrical control cabinet.
2. The main components of the screw, barrel, screen changer, die head, etc. are made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) and treated with nitriding, which has the advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
3. The rolling mill adopts worm gear transmission to ensure high-quality sheets.
4. The screen changer adopts a hydraulic dual screen changing device. Easy and fast operation, improving production efficiency.

5. The motor and gearbox adopt a direct connection method, which ensures more stable operation and high output.

6. The winding machine adopts a dual station 360 degree flipping design, which can roll at any angle and is easy to operate
