Floating ball principle: The liquid level gauge consists of a floating ball and a magnetic flap switch. The floating ball interacts with the liquid level changes through buoyancy, triggering the magnetic flap switch.
Float ball action: When the liquid level rises or falls, the float ball rises or sinks with the change of liquid level. The interaction between the floating ball and the magnetic flip switch is through magnetic force. When the floating ball approaches or leaves the magnetic flip switch, it will cause a change in the switch state.
Signal output: When the floating ball approaches or leaves the magnetic flip switch, the magnetic flip switch will generate a switch signal output, usually a discrete switch signal. This signal can be used to control the operating status of alarm systems, automation systems, or other equipment.
Multi point measurement: Some float level gauges can have multiple magnetic flap switches to achieve multi-point level measurement and control.
