1、 Working principle: This system uses an intelligent central processor for PID control. The pressure controller on the outlet pipe network samples the water pressure and converts it into corresponding electrical signals, which are transmitted to the PLC. The PLC receives the actual pressure signal from the pipe network and compares it with the pressure value set by the user. The deviation value is used to control the output frequency of the frequency converter to change the motor output power

1、 Working principle:

This system uses an intelligent central processor for PID control. The pressure controller on the outlet pipe network samples the water pressure and converts it into corresponding electrical signals, which are transmitted to the PLC. The PLC receives the actual pressure signal from the pipe network and compares it with the pressure value set by the user. The deviation value is used to control the output frequency of the frequency converter to change the motor output power. When a water pump is running at full speed but still cannot reach the user set pressure, the variable frequency pump will be switched to power frequency operation, and the frequency converter will soft start another pump and run it at low frequency. If the actual pressure is greater than the set pressure, the power frequency pump will automatically stop to achieve variable constant pressure water supply. If the water consumption is extremely low, stop all active operations and let the auxiliary pump and pressure tank work at a constant pressure.

2、 Performance characteristics:

1. Constant pressure. By using high-quality frequency converters and microprocessors to dynamically adjust the system at all times, even during peak water usage periods when water usage changes dramatically, the outlet pressure can remain stable. The control accuracy is as high as ± 0.01MPa.
2. The water quality is better. Usually, food hygiene grade stainless steel is used as indoor water tanks to avoid water pollution caused by dust, leaves, small animal carcasses, and other debris in traditional rooftop pools.
3. Environmental protection and energy conservation. Selecting high-efficiency lightweight vertical multi-stage stainless steel water pumps as pressurization equipment, automatically increasing or decreasing the pump speed and controlling the number of running pumps according to the required water volume, can save more than 30% energy.
4. High degree of automation and simple operation. After the equipment is powered on and initialized, the unit runs fully automatically, and starts working automatically after power is restored after a power outage. The working pump and standby pump switch to fully automatic processing, and sound and light alarms are issued in a timely manner when faults occur. Users can intuitively and quickly identify the cause of the fault through the panel display.
5. Complete control functions. If there are multiple pump units, the starting method adopts cyclic soft start, which reduces the impact and interference on the power grid when starting directly, and enables each unit to work selectively according to the principle of first start, first stop, first start, thereby extending the service life of the pump units. Through the internal clock of the system, a timed power on/off function can also be set for timed water supply (such as in office areas).
6. Reliable operation. The core components use internationally renowned brand accessories, effectively reducing equipment failure rates. And when a pump fails and cannot operate, the system automatically blocks the faulty pump and starts the standby pump to run.
7. The protection function is complete. It has protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, overvoltage, undervoltage, and water shortage.
8. Easy to install. After installing the water tank and interface, the equipment can be shipped as a complete set and sent to the site to connect the inlet pipe and fix the foundation screws before operation.
