Maintenance and Repair of FORZA Series Two Plate Injection Molding Machine
1) Check if the fixing screws of the safety machinery are tightened.
2) Clean the inner and outer walls of the copper pipes in the cooler.
3) Clean the fuel tank.
4) Clean the dirt on the oil filter and clean the dust on the air filter.
5) Check if the pressure oil needs to be replaced, take a pressure oil sample and send it for testing. If the pressure oil deteriorates, it must be replaced with new oil.
6) Clean the dust on the surface of the motor fan blades and outer hub, and inject lubricating grease onto the bearings.
7) Check the exposed wires on the body, if damaged, they must be replaced.
8) Check if there is any noise coming from the bearing combination of the hydraulic motor, refill with lubricating grease or replace with new bearings.
9) Recheck the level of the aircraft.
10) Recheck the parallelism between the locking head plate and the moving template.
11) Check the linear ratio of speed and pressure, and recalibrate if necessary.
12) Check whether the working pressure of the oil pressure system is too low or too high.
13) Check for oil leakage in all parts of the machine
