Selected from world-renowned compressors such as Bitzer from Germany, Hanzhong from Taiwan, and Gulun from the United States, the Poly De explosion-proof water-cooled unit is a newly designed unit based on standard chillers. Adopting various explosion-proof methods such as explosion-proof, increased safety, intrinsic safety, positive pressure, oil filling, sand filling, spark free, sealing, and airtightness, the unit can be used in flammable and explosive environments, and different explosion-proof levels can be selected according to the characteristics of the usage environment and safety requirements.

The performance of the unit has been professionally tested by a national level testing system and meets the requirements of standards such as EXDIIBT4 and GB/T 18430.1-2007 "Steam Compression Cycle Cold Water (Heat Pump) Units Part 1: Industrial or Commercial and Similar Use Cold Water (Heat Pump) Units"; The explosion-proof performance of the unit complies with the relevant provisions of standards such as GB3836-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments" and IEC60079-1991 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments"

All chillers of Shanghai Tuxiang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. are selected from original imported branded semi closed screw and semi closed reciprocating compressors. Twin screw 5:6 gear ratio and advanced linear design, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly; Good performance and low noise. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling capacity, single or multiple machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit, and achieving more than 45000 hours of fault free operation.

Efficient and energy-saving evaporator:

The evaporator copper tube adopts Kobe internal and external threaded reinforced tubes from Japan. The surface of the copper tube has threads, and the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth with good cooling effect. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and has less cooling loss. It is designed using the latest CAD technology and processed by CNC machining, with a compact structure and stable performance.

Screw chiller condenser:

The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from foreign countries and processed into trapezoidal low assist pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.

Screw chiller - protective device:

All chiller protection system devices of Shanghai Tuxiang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. include explosion-proof devices, temperature control switches, antifreeze switches, fusible plugs, high and low pressure switches, overload protectors, compressor overheat protectors, compressor frequent start protectors, and abnormal indicator lights.

2、 Scope of work: The cooling water temperature ranges from 21 ℃ to 38 ℃, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water ranges from 3 ℃ to 12 ℃; The outlet temperature of the refrigerant is -5 ℃ to -40 ℃, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the coolant is 2 ℃ to 10 ℃. The refrigerant is a 60% ethylene glycol aqueous solution provided by the customer.
