Circular epoxy rodProduct Introduction:
(1) Also known as epoxy resin insulation rod, rubberwood column, pull rod, etc., the product is made of high-strength aramid fiber and glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin matrix and extruded at high temperature. It has the characteristics of ultra-high strength, excellent wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and excellent high temperature resistance.
(2) The product is suitable for high-voltage electrical appliances such as transformers, capacitors, reactors, and high-voltage switches. It is also an insulation material for electric furnaces such as steelmaking, aluminum plants, aluminum alloy plants, and calcium carbide plants.
(3) Epoxy rods are made of high-strength aramid fibers and glass fibers impregnated with epoxy resin matrix, and continuously baked and pressed into products with cross-sectional shapes using the "pull molding" process on professional molds. Such as round rods, square bars, groove wedges, I-beams, groove shaped components, and various complex shaped products. Mechanical strength with fiber orientation *, good dielectric properties, and arbitrary length characteristics.

1. Due to the continuous extrusion of aramid fiber and glass fiber mixture, the product has excellent resistance to mechanical pressure and tension, with a tensile strength of 1500MPa, far exceeding the 570Mpa tensile strength index of 45 precision cast steel. Excellent electrical performance, with a withstand voltage range of 10kV-1000kV. Strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, not easy to bend, and easy to use.
2. The product is allowed to operate at a long-term temperature of 170-210 ℃; The short-circuit working temperature of the product is 260 ℃ (less than 5 seconds).
3. The surface of the product is very smooth, without color difference, burrs, or scratches.
4. The temperature resistance level of the product reaches H level.
