1、 Characteristic features

This machine is suitable for composite films, papers, etc. with the same properties as BOPP, PET, CPP, PCVD, aluminum plated film, aluminum foil, etc. Mechanical speed is 140/min.

1. Main transmission structure: The main transmission adopts AC frequency vector control, hot stock and adhesive mesh roller, and the mesh speed can be adjusted fast or slow.

2. Material feeding mechanism: The first and second groups of materials are fed using a photoelectric edge correction dual feeding device, and the unwinding is manually controlled by tension. The composite film feeding is controlled by photoelectric edge correction magnetic powder tension.

3. Glue coating mechanism: The mesh roller uses a scraper to scrape the amount of glue, and the thickness of the scraper can be adjusted arbitrarily. The rubber roller adopts a dual cylinder pressure boosting system, and the pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily. It is equipped with a shutdown glue coating system that can automatically lift.

4. Internal mechanism of the drying oven: The temperature of the four stages of the drying oven can only be controlled by a temperature controller.
