Working Principle:

CHNS analysis first places the sample in a VELP combustion furnace and burns it at a temperature above 1000 ℃ to obtain elemental compounds.
VELP Vcopper ™ It is a formula of highly active copper powder placed at the bottom of the reaction tube to help reduce NOX to N2.
The airflow then reaches the gas chromatography column oven to ensure uniform and modular temperature resulting in the separation of all elements, ultimately detected by TCD.
When analyzing the O element, the sample undergoes pyrolysis in the furnace and then passes through a chemical adsorption device where all impurities are absorbed, and then reaches the gas chromatography column and TCD for detection.
