1、 Product Overview:
E.MUltrasonic energy meterThe central air conditioning cold and heat meter is an intelligent electromechanical integrated cold and heat metering device, which achieves accurate measurement of cold and heat. This product has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy installation, accurate measurement, stable operation, low pressure loss, and no blockage or adsorption. Applied to heating facilities such as centralized heating, central air conditioning, and combined cold and hot supply that charge for heat metering.
2、 Measurement principle and characteristics:
1. Principle composition
JN-RXEMY central air conditioning cooling and heating meter is used for measuring water as the medium
The heat released or absorbed by the heat exchange system can be used for both heating and cooling systems. This product mainly consists of paired temperature sensors, flow sensors, and calculation parts. Paired temperature sensors measure the temperature of the incoming and outgoing water, while flow sensors measure the volume of hot water passing through the pipeline. These two data are collected and sent to integration calculation to calculate the cold and heat used and display them.
2. Design and functional features
◆ Transducers: As the main signal generating component in central air conditioning heat and cold meters, imported piezoelectric ceramic plates are used, which have stable performance and good consistency, and are one of the factors for achieving high-precision measurement in central air conditioning heat and cold meters.
◆ Temperature sensor: Using a dedicated PT1000 high-precision platinum resistor and equipped with a precision measurement circuit to ensure high-precision temperature measurement.
Integral calculation module: NEC integrated circuit imported from Japan, this module has the characteristics of multifunctionality, low power consumption, large storage space, and fast speed. It optimizes software and hardware design to ensure the long life, low power consumption, and stable operation of the calculator, and has strong electromagnetic resistance. ◆ Self diagnostic function: During stable operation of the central air conditioning cooling and heating meter, if there is abnormal signal communication, insufficient battery power, or human damage, the system will display the corresponding code. The "fault" system will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen and the data will be automatically saved, waiting for the fault to be resolved before recovery.
◆ Remote transmission and centralized control function: Equipped with M-BUS and 485 interfaces, it can achieve data remote transmission and centralized control
