The impeller consists of a disc, blades (usually 8-16 in number), a wheel cover, and a shaft disc. The casing is composed of a snail plate, side plates, and support legs. This fan can be equipped with forward or backward leaning blades, which have a wider range of requirements for air volume and pressure. But sometimes in the practical application of high-temperature centrifugal fans, there may be a phenomenon where the suction force is related to the time difference at the beginning of use. At this time, we need to promptly identify the cause of the problem:

1. Check for blockages in the high-temperature centrifugal fan ducts (blockages in the ducts can cause a decrease in suction).
2. Check if all interfaces of the high-temperature centrifugal fan are properly connected.
3. Check the filter bag of the fan for dust (excessive dust can affect suction).
4. Check if the fan motor is damaged (if you have dual motors, you can open the hood to see if one of the motors is faulty).
5. Clear the debris inside the high-temperature centrifugal fan bucket.
