The YBJ series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor for winches is suitable for use in environments with methane or coal dust explosive mixtures underground in coal mines. It is a specialized motor designed to drive and dispatch winches, intermediate roadway mining cars, and winches for hauling heavy objects in coal mines or on the ground. The electric motor adopts a self fan cooled steel plate structure, and the end cover, outlet box and other components are made of high-strength cast iron. The explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "standards. Explosion proof mark "ExdI".

Usage conditions:
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;

2. The ambient air temperature should not exceed -20 ℃ to+35 ℃; If the motor is specified to operate under conditions where the altitude exceeds 1000 meters or the air temperature is higher or lower than the specified value

When used, it should be in accordance with the provisions of GB755.

3. The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 95% (when the temperature is 25 ℃)
