Y2KQ系列Three phase asynchronous motor for air compressorIt is a new series of electric motors derived from the Y2 series. It is a new generation of three-phase asynchronous motors designed and developed by our company based on the characteristics of air compressors. It has strong overload capacity, high efficiency, energy saving, smooth starting, low vibration, and excellent performance. The electric motor has a large torque and can withstand the short-term overload requirements of air compressors from time to time. Its power level and installation size comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards.
Model Description:

Usage conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000M.
2. Environmental temperature: -15~40C.
3. Company mode: Continuous Work System (SI).
4. Rated voltage of 380V, rated frequency of 50HZ. The allowable variation range of rated voltage is ± 5%, and the allowable variation range of rated frequency is ± 1%.
The protection level of the motor casing is IP54 (see GB/T4942.1).
The cooling method of the electric motor is C411 (see GB/T1993).
7. The motor adopts C3 clearance rolling ball suction and should be driven by a coupling. If cylindrical roller bearing is required, it should be specified when ordering.
7. Usage factor: SF1.15. Under the condition that the motor meets the above usage conditions, and the ventilation at the motor installation site is smooth and does not affect the motor's heat dissipation, the motor can be overloaded to the rated current with the usage factor on the nameplate remaining.
