The design of this series of motors has the characteristics of high starting point, high requirements, and high reliability. The mechanical structure adopts a high reliability structure that has been verified for a long time in China, and the insulation system also adopts a high standard and high requirement system, which can ensure that the motor insulation can operate for a long time without aging, greatly improving the motor life, and the performance parameters exceed the requirements of the corresponding national standards.
The power level, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standards JB/T7593-2007 "Technical Conditions for Y Series High Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motors {Frame Number 355-630}" and JB/T10446-2004 "Technical Conditions for Y Series 10KV Three Phase Asynchronous Motors {Frame Number 450-630}", GB755-2000, and relevant IEC standards. The electric motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded from steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. The top of the motor can be equipped with a protective cover, which is easy to disassemble and install, facilitating the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts an external pressure mounting structure, with reliable fixing and binding at the end. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple turn to turn impact voltage resistance tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and is treated with advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint technology {VIP}. The motor adopts an F-class insulation structure, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class. The bearings come in two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor, or according to user requirements.
