1 Overview

Pressure transmitter WH-PDT200The pressure sensitive core adopts high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure oil filled core, and the dedicated integrated circuit inside converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current or frequency signal, which can be directly connected to computer interface cards, control instruments, intelligent instruments or PLCs for convenience. Distance transmission can be achieved through current output. It has a small volume, light weight, and all stainless steel sealing structure, and can work in corrosive environments. This product is easy and simple to install, with high anti vibration and anti impact performance, and is widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC and other fields.

4 Electrical Connections

4.1 The electrical connections of the Hirschman structure are shown in Figures a and b below:

4.2 Direct lead structure electrical connection:

Current: Red line:24VDC；

Blue line: Current output.

Voltage: Red line:9VDC；

Blue line: power supply-；

Yellow line: Voltage output+.

5 Installation Methods

⑴ Choose a place that is easy to operate and maintain for installation;

⑵ It should be installed as far away from the vibration source as possible;

⑶ Keep as far away from heat sources as possible;

⑷ The mostlConnect to the measuring pipeline through valves;

During installation, use a wrench to clamp the six corners of the transmitter;

During operation, the connection between the Hirschmann joint and the housing cannot rotate.

6 Safety precautions for use

(1) When handling and installing transmitters, care should be taken to avoid damaging the components due to impact, which may affect the performance of the circuit.

⑵ There is an isolation diaphragm inside the pressure inlet of the transmitter. Do not touch it with foreign objects manually.

Please strictly follow the wiring method for electrical connections, as incorrect wiring can cause damage to the amplifier circuit.
