The dehumidification and drying system has the following characteristics:

1. Specially designed for PET recycling bottle chips.

2. Adopting PID temperature control, with a display screen for regeneration and actual temperature.

3. Adopting a dual condenser structure to ensure lower recovery temperature and dew point.

4. Adopting Ruichao, Honeycomb Wheel System and Japanese Panasonic Electric to ensure quality.

5. Equipped with a large capacity insulated drying silo to ensure uniform temperature.

To prevent sticking and bridging, a mixing device is installed.

Under ideal conditions, the dew point can reach -40 ℃ or even lower.

8. An optional dew point meter is available to monitor the dehumidification effect.

After drying, the moisture content should be below 150-200PPM.

The dehumidification and drying system is a preparatory part of the extrusion stage in packaging tape production equipment, which plays an important role in the quality of the tape.
