According to the requirements of the "Inspection Standard for Bonding Strength of Decorative Bricks in Building Engineering" (JGJ 110-97), the specifications of standard blocks are 95mm × 45mm and 40mm × 40mm, and the specifications of external wall insulation are 40mm × 40mm and 100mm × 100mm. When they meet the qualified requirements, their minimum tensile force is 0.64kN and maximum tensile force is 2.56kN.

During the development of the detector, due to the low bonding strength and small bonding force of the decorative tiles, the tensile force was designed to be 6.00kN to ensure the detection accuracy of various bonding forces. The manual oil pump is integrated with a through type jack, with a compact structure, durability, and the ability to continuously and evenly load. It uses a digital display system to display the bonding force value, which can automatically and accurately record the peak bonding force and maintain it. The total weight of the machine is about 2 kilograms.
