MC multi-stage pump API610BB4 Chemical Process Pump:

Pump type: DMC multi-stage pump API610 BB4 chemical process pump.

Structural features: The pump body is radially divided and consists of an inlet section, a middle section, and an outlet section. Each part is connected and sealed by O-rings relying on external threaded bolts.

Axis: Precise machining provides suitable clearance for installation and operation. The shoulder provides the correct installation position for the components.

Impeller: Driven by key linkage, there are replaceable sealing rings on the middle section and guide vanes, and the water is drained through the guide vanes.

Shaft seal: The liquid inside the pump is sealed by packing or mechanical seal, and the sealing box can be equipped with a cooling chamber as needed. In order to prevent vaporization at the shaft seal, the cooling water flow rate must be determined, otherwise it will cause seal failure.

Couplings: Flexible couplings must be used to allow for axial, radial, and angular displacement of the shaft.

Bearings and lubricationBearing frame: The bearing frame is installed on both sides of the pump and uses splash lubrication.

Wear resistant bearings: cylindrical roller bearings are used on the drive end, and double row tapered roller bearings that can withstand axial forces are used on the non drive end.

Fan: A fan equipped with an air-cooled bearing frame on the non drive end, or a bearing box with a cooling water jacket structure.

Constant position oil cup: Each side of the bearing frame is equipped with a constant position oil cup, which can maintain the oil level of the bearing frame and play an automatic oil replenishment role
