Machine construction principle: It consists of the main parts of the machine body, worm gear box, coating pot, heating device, fan, electrical control system, spray device, etc. It is driven by an electric motor through a triangular belt to drive the worm gear, worm, and sugar coating pot to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the BYC coating machine-1000 series causes the materials to roll and rub up and down in the pot, achieving the effects of coating mixing, pill making, and polishing.

3、 There are two types of spray devices:

1.5L simple liquid spraying device

The liquid supply adopts a high to low self flow method. As long as the liquid is added to the liquid cup and the switch below is turned on, the slurry can flow automatically to the spray gun. The spray gun adopts Taiwan, China Baoli atomizing spray gun, and the spray liquid is uniform.

GPY-12L liquid spraying device

The machine is equipped with adjustable pneumatic stirring, controllable liquid temperature, and adjustable flow rate. Pneumatic mixing uses a needle valve to adjust the throttle flow rate, in order to regulate the mixing speed. The conveying pump adopts a constant flow pump, and the conveying pipe is made of silicone tubing, which complies with GMP standards. The spraying liquid adopts an imported high atomization spray gun, with uniform spraying and adjustable spraying amplitude. The lower part of the machine is equipped with casters, making it easy to move.
