When installing the air shower room at the entrance of the clean room, there should be no gap between it and the clean room wall panel. If there is still air leakage, please use sealant to trim the edges, and pay attention to the levelness of the equipment installation, otherwise it will affect the door opening and durability. The equipment is divided into base and non base types. The base type can be adjusted horizontally and decorated with silicone. The non base type needs to be fixed with expansion screws and then modified with silicone. The wiring of the power supply should be connected to the terminal blocks R, S, T, and E in the junction box above the equipment according to the voltage specified on the specifications.

Operating Procedures

Use of air shower room:
1. After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the air shower door immediately closes the outer door automatically. Infrared (voice control/human body thermal energy) sensing automatically starts the air shower and blows for 15 seconds (set at the factory). Attention: When blowing, the two stainless steel doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time. Forcefully opening them will damage the electronic lock. The two doors of the air shower room are controlled by electronic interlocking.
2. After the air shower is completed, push out the door and enter the clean and dust-free room

Maintenance Method

1. Pre filter (PRE-FILTER): The pre filter is located below this device. Please remove the circulating air return port to easily pull out the front filter screen. The blockage of the pre filter may vary depending on the frequency of use and cleanliness status. Please observe the blockage time during the initial use and regularly clean it with compressed air, water washing, vacuum cleaning, etc. in the future. Cleaning 2-3 times a month is necessary under normal usage conditions.

2. Main Filter: This filter is located after AIR NOZZLE, and its update period can be determined by the wind speed value detected by the anemometer (halving the wind value) or the pressure difference measured by the differential pressure gauge (doubling the pressure difference) to determine whether to replace it. Its detection cycle is about two to four times a year.

3. Due to the internal circulation and return air part of the device being located below the machine, there may be significant pollutants accumulating in the corners on the bottom plate. Therefore, please clean it with a vacuum cleaner at least once a week. Please confirm if the rotation direction of the air supply fan is correct. If it is found that the fan rotates in the opposite direction (with significantly insufficient wind speed), please swap any two phase power lines in the three-phase power supply to determine the positive direction of rotation.
