1. Regularly check the temperature rise of the pump and motor. The temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 40 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 90 ℃. For B-class insulated motors, the temperature rise at an ambient temperature of 40 ℃ is 90 ℃, and the allowable maximum temperature is 130 ° C.
2. The pump flow cannot be adjusted with an imported valve to avoid cavitation.
3. When the head of the pump device is less than the rated head of the pump, the outlet valve must be turned down to achieve the rated flow rate. If the outlet valve is fully opened, the flow rate will be greater than the rated value. Running at this parameter point can cause the motor to overload and is unsafe.
4. During operation, if any abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the malfunction is resolved can it continue to operate.

Shutdown:
1. When shutting down, follow the sequence: close the outlet valve - cut off the power - close the cooling water valve - close the inlet valve.
2. Keep the exterior and environment of the pump clean. When flushing with water, prevent the motor from getting damp. After flushing, wipe off any water stains on the pump with a cloth.
3. If the pump is outdoors, rainproof measures should be taken to prevent the motor from being damaged by moisture.
4. If the ambient temperature is lower than the solidification temperature of the conveying medium after shutdown, the liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
5. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the power should be cut off, the flow channel inside the pump should be cleaned, and it should be rinsed with clean water. Especially the sealing components should be carefully rinsed and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be sealed and properly stored.
