Rotary pumps, also known as colloid pumps, three bladed pumps, shoe sole pumps, etc., rely on two synchronously rotating rotors (with 2-4 teeth) to generate suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the conveyed material. The two rotors divide the pump chamber into several spaces and operate in the order of a-b-cd: when the medium reaches position a, only chamber 1 is filled with medium; when it reaches position b, chamber B is partially sealed with medium; when it reaches position c, chamber A is also sealed with medium; when it reaches position d, chambers A and B are connected to chamber 1, and the medium is transported to the discharge port: this cycle repeats, and the medium is continuously transported.
