Fully automatic image measuring instrument
Introduction: The fully automatic image measuring instrument can conveniently and quickly perform 3D coordinate measurement and SPC result classification, and meet the increasingly prominent requirements of modern manufacturing for size detection: faster, more convenient, and more accurate measurement needs, solving another bottleneck technology in the development of manufacturing industry.
Application areas: The fully automatic image measuring instrument has a wide range of applications in precision electronics, wafer technology, cutting tools, plastics, precision parts, springs, stamping parts, connectors, molds, 2D copying, drawing, engineering development, hardware and plastics, PCB boards, conductive rubber, powder metallurgy, screws, clock parts, mobile phones, pharmaceutical industry, fiber optic devices, automotive engineering, aerospace, universities, research institutes and other fields.
Function: Fully automatic image measuring instrument, which has three methods: manual measurement, CNC scanning measurement, and automatic learning measurement, and can stack modules of the three methods for composite measurement. It can scan and generate a bird's-eye view image map, achieving full screen target traction where to go. The generated graphics of the measurement results are synchronized with the image map, and it can click on the graphics to automatically return and zoom in on the full screen eagle eye. Any measured size can be corrected for contrast imaging errors through actual measurement of standard components, and calibrated to improve the batch measurement accuracy of key data. The fully automatic image measuring instrument has a friendly human-machine interface, supporting multiple selections and learning corrections.
Features:
1. Granite base and column foundation ensure that the mechanism is not easily deformed.
2. The XYZ axis adopts linear guide and cross roller guide design, which conforms to the principle of guide rail force and has the characteristics of high precision and stable operation.
3. The back of the granite column is locked with thick steel plates to enhance the toughness of the Z-axis and ensure that it will not break.
4. At the bottom of the column, steel plates are used to connect the crossbeam and column, forming a whole to ensure that the mechanism will not deform.
5. The YX axis hardware closed-loop structure ensures that there is no physical phenomenon of left or right swing or tail shaking during operation, and the accuracy is improved.
6. The Z-axis adopts cross guide rails and uses ball screw transmission to ensure stable operation and precision.
7. QMS image measurement software can be automatically programmed and fully automated for detection.
