2、 Structural characteristics of CCB type kitchen waste leachate conveying pump
The CCB type kitchen waste conveying pump has obvious technical advantages:
1. The impeller of the water pump is a semi open structure, which has an efficiency 10% to 15% higher than traditional screw pumps and submersible pumps. The motor power of pumps with the same energy parameters is generally one level lower, resulting in significant energy savings. At the same time, the impeller has good anti cavitation performance.
2. The seal adopts a multi-faceted linked fluid dynamic seal, consisting of a secondary impeller seal and a shutdown seal, suitable for frequent start-up situations.
3. The connection method is a rigid direct connection between the water pump and the motor. When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
4. The bottom of the pump is designed with a unique sedimentation chamber suitable for the operation of kitchen waste treatment. Residual media that cannot be discharged through the outlet will sink into the sedimentation chamber at the bottom of the pump, which can be cleaned through dredging holes.
