Braided wrapped reinforced composite pipe extrusion line

Braided wrapped reinforced multi-layer composite pipes are mainly used for high-pressure fluid transportation, and the product consists of two layers of plastic inside and outside, as well as a middle woven wrapping yarn.

There are two types of extrusion processes:

Step by step method: Inner tube extrusion winding → unwinding and weaving winding→ unwinding, wrapping, winding/cutting;

One step method: Inner tube extrusion→ Online Weaving→ Online wrapping and extrusion of outer layer→Roll up/cutting.
