BASF GLYSANTIN G48-24 is designed to protect the iron and aluminum structures of automotive, truck, and bus engines from corrosion and frost damage. It contains a mixture of inhibitors that provide high corrosion protection for engine components such as radiators, cylinder seats/heads, and water pumps.
BASF GLYSANTIN G48-24 meets ASTM D 3306 and BS6580:1992 standards. At the same time, it has also been recognized by the following car manufacturers:
• BMW N 600 69.0
• 德 guo jun 方 TL 6580-0038/1

BASF GLYSANTIN G48-24 should not mix with organic acid engine antifreeze that is free of silicates as much as possible.
BASF GLYSANTIN G48-24 must be diluted with water before use. It is soluble in hard water and can be mixed with tap water before being poured into the cooling system, with a concentration of 33-50% by volume.
*Please dilute with clean water and avoid using hard water with excessively high hardness; It is not suitable to use mining wastewater, seawater, brackish water, saltwater, and industrial wastewater for dilution.
The composition analysis of water should not exceed the following standards:
Water hardness 0-20 ° Clark (0-3.6 mmol/l)
Chloride content up to 100 ppm
Sulfate content up to 100 ppm
If the water composition analysis exceeds the standard, it needs to be diluted with pure distilled water or pure deionized water to correct excessive chloride or sulfate.
