1、 Introduction
HTDThe series displacement sensor has a simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, long service life, good linearity, high repeatability, wide measurement range, small time constant, and fast dynamic response. It is designed specifically for measuring the valve position stroke of steam turbine units, and is compatible with hydraulic engine monitoring instruments. It has functions such as remote indication of valve position stroke, alarm, and constant current output.
Using an intermediate frequency differential transformer type displacement sensor as the sensing element, it is a highly reliable stroke displacement sensor with strong anti-interference ability, good prototype, simple structure, not easily damaged, and can be used continuously for a long time.
Measurement principle: As shown in the diagram, when the iron core moves within the spiral coil of the intermediate frequency signal,AandBThe previous impedance andBandCThe impedance between them changes, and since the change in impedance is proportional to the movement of the iron core, that is, the change in voltage is linearly related to the displacement of the iron core, it is extractedVABThe voltage difference can be used to measure the displacement of the iron core.
