Characteristics of air-cooled box type low-temperature freezer:

The refrigeration heart adopts a fully sealed low-noise, low vibration, high-efficiency and energy-saving imported brand (Gulun from the United States, Bitzer from Germany, Hanzhong from Taiwan) compressor. All electrical controls are made of imported brand components, and the heat exchanger adopts a shell and tube condenser with high heat transfer efficiency and easy cleaning and maintenance.

Energy saving economy:

The digital electronic thermostat can accurately control the cold water temperature between -80 ℃ and 20 ℃, thereby controlling the normal operation of the unit and ensuring energy saving. All assembly, internal wiring, refrigerant filling, and debugging of the unit are completed in the factory. This model can be customized for both hot and cold use.

Safe operation:

The machine is equipped with a compressor delay start protector, overcurrent relay, high and low voltage protector, fuse plug, and electronic time protection safety valve to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

Condenser:

*The air-cooled condenser adopts a steel tube aluminum sheet heat exchanger, designed and manufactured for single and multiple circuits, and the coil heat transfer area is larger than the general standard design. The surface wind speed is uniform, the heat transfer is stable, and the efficiency is long-lasting.

*High efficiency threaded steel pipes are used, and the two end covers can be interchanged to change the direction of the water pipes. The water pipe process has multiple circuits, and each condenser is compatible with the compressor capacity. The straight through water pipe is easy to clean and maintain.
