DYSJ-100 mainly uses advanced nitride steel 38CrMoAl, which can adapt to most working environments without being damaged or deformed. The extrusion system adopts an American ETD DC speed controller, a Sigma DC motor, and an alloy steel hard tooth grinding gearbox transmission; The hydraulic servo system adopts a position and speed dual closed loop design, equipped with a Japanese original MOOG100 wall thickness controller, greatly improving the production efficiency of the machine, reducing production costs, and minimizing noise and pollution. The electrical control system adopts Mitsubishi PLC from Japan for the overall action program control of the machine; Adopting WEINVIEW LCD display, precise control ensures smooth surface of the product, while intuitive and simple operation. Hardware reliability and high stability:The screw and barrel of the extrusion system are made of high-quality nitriding structural steel 38CrMoAlA. Screw hardness ≥ 800, brittleness ≤ level 2. The hardness of the barrel is HV2900, and the brittleness is ≤ level 2.

High production efficiency and cost savings:The hydraulic main system adopts a servo system. No pressure or flow loss, the system is more energy-efficient. The extrusion system is driven by an AC motor and a hard toothed gearbox.
