The pipes produced by this production line are mainly made of high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. First, round pipes are extruded by * extruder and shaped into square pipes by shaping and cooling machine. Then, they enter the winding forming machine. At the same time, the second extruder extrudes melt adhesive strips to bond the square pipes in a spiral form. The inner and outer walls are smooth and flat, with a specification of φ 200-800mm. According to different usage conditions, the ring stiffness is divided into 4 levels, with the highest reaching 16KN/square meter. This type of pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight, easy installation, high flow rate, and long service life (50 years).
