1. Use specified voltage: The line voltage must not exceed ± 10% of the voltage specified on the nameplate of the pumping pump before use.

5. Replace the brushes in a timely manner. When the brushes are worn out and cannot be used, they must be replaced in a timely manner (both brushes should be replaced at the same time). Otherwise, poor contact between the brushes and the commutator may cause ring damage, damage the commutator, and in severe cases, burn out the armature.

6. Do not use in the following situations. If insulation damage, cable sheath rupture, plug and socket cracking or poor contact, intermittent operation, severe sparks or other faults are found during use, repair should be carried out immediately when operating the motor casing. Do not use until repaired.

7. To prevent overload, when using, if the speed is abnormal or decreases, the machine should be stopped immediately to check if there are any debris stuck in the impeller or if the motor has malfunctioned. When the suction pump brakes due to a fault, the power must be immediately cut off to prevent jamming and burning.

8. Use tools with care, and handle all coating pumps with care to avoid impact.
