1. Before use, an air run test should be conducted. Before the test, the tightness of all machine connections, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer, and the integrity of the motor equipment should be checked. Then, the main power switch should be closed for the air run test. Press the material pouring and reset buttons separately, check if the working condition is good, and proceed with processing after meeting the above requirements (the material pouring button and reset button cannot be used simultaneously).
2. After adding the material, the cover plate of the material tank must be closed to prevent the material from shallow discharge. The cover is made of organic glass to observe the mixing of the material. If the mixing effect is achieved, press the pouring button to pour the material. When the hopper approaches the machine base, it will stop to prevent damage to the parts. After pouring, press the reset button to make the material tank return to its original position.

Installation instructions:
This machine is packed as a whole. After unpacking, it is moved to an appropriate place of use, the anchor bolts are installed, and then concrete is poured. After the concrete solidifies, the nuts of the anchor bolts are evenly tightened, and then the power cord is connected to start using it.

Maintenance and repair:
If the reducer is frequently used, it should be replaced with new oil every three months. When replacing, the reducer should be cleaned and then filled with new oil.
2. The bearing cover end of the mixing reducer is connected to the movable part of the shaft and blade, and the shaft is equipped with an oil cup for lubrication. During use, a butter gun is used to add butter 1-2 times per work shift.
3. The mechanical parts should be inspected 1-2 times a month, including the worm gear, worm gear, bearings, oil seals, etc. The rotating parts should be checked for flexibility, and the fasteners should be checked for looseness. Any abnormal situations should be dealt with in a timely manner.
4. If abnormal vibration or abnormal noise is detected during use, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
5. Electrical control components should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.
6. When assembling and disassembling the mixing slurry, it should be dismantled gently, installed steadily, and placed gently to avoid deformation and damage.
After use, the residual materials in all parts of the machine should be cleaned. If the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be wiped clean, and the surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a tarpaulin.
