The natural gas thermal oil furnace is mainly composed of a combustion engine, furnace, circulating oil pump, expansion oil tank, chimney, and control system. Natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas is used as fuel, and open flames are sprayed into the furnace to heat the heat transfer oil. The circulating oil pump drives the hot oil to circulate between the heat transfer oil boiler and the heating equipment, achieving the effect of heating and temperature control. Due to the fact that natural gas combustion produces no harmful substances other than carbon dioxide and water, natural gas thermal oil boilers have received strong support from the government as environmentally friendly boilers. In addition, compared to traditional coal-fired boilers, natural gas thermal oil boilers can achieve automated and intelligent operation without the need for dedicated boiler operators, which can save labor costs. In addition, when encountering power outages during normal operation, natural gas boilers do not have the risk of continuous heating and coking of thermal oil.
