Xunke Company achieves high-value application of EVA mixture for the first time

On July 22nd, the first batch of Xunke CompanyEVAThe completion and smooth delivery of the mixed material processing to downstream shoe material production enterprises marks the successful industrialization and landing of the company's PIR EVA material high-value recycling application project, achieving a new breakthrough in the field of green recycling applications for enterprises.

The production of this product adopts a complete set of green physical regeneration processes, effectively improving the quality stability and product adaptability of recycled materials. The comprehensive utilization rate of project resources has reached 97%, and all performance indicators of the finished product meet the standards for large-scale production of shoe materials. This process has successfully achieved the improvement and value-added of PIR materials, as well as efficient utilization of resources, filling the gap in the company's high-value recycling application of light industry shoe materials. At the same time, this project has also created replicable and promotable demonstration models for expanding the diversified high-end application markets such as sports equipment and luggage accessories in the future.
